Importance of certification for the career and job search
The certification is one of the proofs with an aspirant which allows to manager to make sure the candidate’s ability, through a very competent way. Certification does not mean merely printed paper or card, signed by some authority, telling about your expertise. Rather certification is a process in which you prove your tecnical skills through the serious of tests. The desire to start and go through this process is the most valuable part of certificate. This shows me determination and ability to complete a task. It basically shows that one has accomplished the requirements of, and may perform in an area. There are many organizations offering certificates but reliable one is not so hard to choose.

How do a trainer’s body language, vocal control, and eye contact impact the effectiveness of a training session?
Trainers who make eye contact with learners and who use body language and vocal control effectively are more likely to engage their audience than trainers who don’t,
It is important for trainers to convey a sense that they are comfortable and in control of a training session by using “open and authentic body language,” she says. “If you naturally use your hands when you speak, feel free to use your hands during your presentation. You will appear more comfortable and energetic.
“Conversely, if you don’t naturally gesture, just let your arms and hands fall comfortably to your side. Avoid fidgeting with a pen, pointer, etc. Also, keep your hands out of your pockets. Putting your hands in your pockets looks less professional and tells the audience that you may be nervous.
“Once the audience knows you are comfortable, it’s much easier for them to just listen to what you say,” Espinoza says.
She encourages trainers to avoid using a podium and to position learners’ seats in a horseshoe shape rather than traditional rows of seats, because that provides more opportunities to make eye contact with, move closer to, and connect with learners.
“You want to take the time to make sure you have looked each participant in the eye,” she says. If you look at the floor or at the back wall of the room, “you’ve missed an opportunity to connect with them.”
However, “vocal control—or vocal presence—is the most important aspect of a presentation,” Espinoza says, referring to trainers’ ability to project their voices so that learners “hear you and hear that you’re passionate about the topic and that you want to be there.”
She adds, “Vocal presence is the number one indicator to the audience that the speaker is in control and comfortable with the material.”
Trainers will pay more attention to their own body language, vocal control, and eye contact, Espinoza says, if they approach each training session as if it were the first time they presented on that topic.

Creating a Workplace Code of Ethics:
An organizational code of ethics guides everyone from company leadership to frontline employees by providing a foundation of conduct expectations from which all can base their workplace behaviors. The size of the organization doesn’t matter. It’s best to have a code of ethics that leaders, employees and even vendors may use. In today’s virtually connected space it’s even more important to have a code of ethics since your employees may easily reach out and connect with other organizations and people all over the world.
Many resources exist that will help you create your own organizational code of ethics or tweak the one that you already have in place. This article highlights a few resources that will assist you as you begin to create a code of ethics.
A good starting point is the Ethics Resource Center, www.ethics.org. This nonprofit, nonpartisan research organization’s website offers an Ethics Toolkit that has everything from an Ethics Glossary to Writing Tips for an Effective Code of Conduct. Just click on Resources in the top menu for a variety of free-to-download items.
10 Tips for Workplace Ethics
One particularly helpful article from the Ethics Toolkit that can stimulate your thinking about ethics is “Ten Things You Can Do to Avoid Being the Next Enron,” by Dr. Stuart Gilman, Dr. Patricia Harned, Frank Navran and Jerry Brown. The following points are covered:

HRD Minister Kapil Sibal Says.........................
The HRD minister also stressed on the need for a change in the pattern of education. "Education should be child-centric, not exam-centric," he said.
He also called for global partnership in the field of education and stressed on a greater role for the private sector. "We will need 800 new universities and 40,000 new colleges to meet the aim of 30 percent GER (gross enrolment ratio) by 2020. Government alone cannot meet this aim," Sibal said.
He, however, added that private institutes need to focus on accountability issues. Calling for global partnership, he said while India had job opportunities, it lacked trained human resource. "Students go abroad but that is a miniscule (number), capital must move to the place where human resource is," he said, inviting foreign universities to India .

Today is a World Peace Day….
So, would like to share few thoughts of the famous souls of the world.
‘We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.’
Dalai Lama
Dalai Lama
As the peace builders, the real work is in
building understanding and reconciliation between
Individuals and communities that have lived at war
for years. To achieve peace, every single person has
to take responsibility to fix broken relationships and
stop conflict from escalating. Our Peaceful thought is
a way for us to reconcile with someone in your life,
or just let them know you care.
‘It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.’
Edmund Hilary
‘Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.’
Margaret Mead
‘If we are to teach real peace in this world, and if we are to carry on a real war against war,
we shall have to begin with the children.’
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi
